Eason Lin

Eason Lin is a seasoned hardware engineer with extensive experience in designing and troubleshooting electronic systems. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Engineer at Latch since June 2020, Eason Lin possesses hands-on expertise with ARM-based CPUs for smart lock products, collaborating closely with contract manufacturers to enhance yield rates and address manufacturing challenges, including component shortages. Previously, Eason Lin worked as a Senior Hardware/System Engineer at Smartmatic, focusing on EMC debugging and compliance with CE and FCC certifications. Eason Lin also contributed to the development of design concepts as a Senior Hardware Engineer at New Deantronics and specialized in board design for x86 platforms at Advantech. Eason Lin holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical and Bioinformatics from National Taiwan University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from Chung Yuan Christian University.
