Alexis García Bolaños has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2002 with Alienware as a Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, Alexis was responsible for productivity management and the partnership with business units involved in the product quality and customer satisfaction drivers. Alexis also restructured the communication strategy and designed tools to collaborate with several technical support units.
In 2009, Alexis began working for Amazon as Manager, Disability and Leave Services. In this role, they were responsible for the support and organization of the adoption and revamps of services for Amazon Employees. Alexis also developed a strategic organizational development plan for the Paid Leaves program, which included hiring, talent development, and communication strategy.
In 2021, Alexis joined Latchel as an Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for defining a new leadership structure and software adoption while supporting the organization’s expansion. Alexis also led efforts to hire and develop talent, improve productivity, and consolidate communication channels with support teams.
Alexis García Bolaños obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Católica de Costa Rica 'Anselmo Llorente y Lafuente' between 1998 and 2004. In 2013, they obtained a Master's degree in Project Management from Universidad Internacional Iberoamericana (UNINI). In 2020, they obtained a certification in Agile Foundations from LinkedIn, and in 2021 they obtained a certification in Change Management: Plan on a Page from LinkedIn.
