Caleb Mwangi

Caleb Mwangi has worked in a variety of roles within the customer service industry. In 2018, they were a News Reporter at SALAAM RADIO LTD. In 2019, they were a Customer Experience Officer at HQue Media, where they were responsible for www.hquemedia.com. In 2020, they were a Customer Experience Manager at Melbourne Bushfood and a Customer Service Consultant at Menjuve.com. Caleb is currently a Customer Service Agent at Latchel, a position they have held since 2022.

Caleb Mwangi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from the Technical University of Mombasa from 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Secondary Education in Humanities from Kaheti High School from 2011 to 2014.
