Zach began their career at Fidelity Investments, where they held roles such as Brokerage Operations, Senior High Net Worth Specialist, High Net Worth Service Representative, and Financial Representative. In 2018, they moved to AppFolio, Inc. and held positions such as Sr. Customer Success Manager - Key, Customer Success Key Account Manager, and Associate Customer Success Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Latchel as Manager of Launch and Implementation Services, and then was promoted to Launch Manager.
