With a background in various technology companies like Oblong Industries Inc, Motorola, Inc., and Ucentric Systems, Carlton has extensive experience in product development, technology strategy, and engineering management. Carlton holds a Master's degree in Human Interface and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
