Deeva Khatiwada

Deeva Khatiwada has a diverse work experience, starting with an upcoming role as a Business Development Senior Analyst - Experience, Litigation Lead at Latham & Watkins. Prior to this, they worked at Perkins Coie LLP as a Client Relationship Administrator and a Commercial Litigation Paralegal. Deeva also gained experience as a Litigation Paralegal at Richards Kibbe & Orbe LLP. Deeva has a background in mediation, having worked as an Education Mediation Specialist at the Conflict Resolution Center of Montgomery County (CRCMC) and as an Apprentice Mediator at the Community Justice & Mediation Center. Deeva furthered their interest in student rights and mediation as the Director of the Indiana University Student Rights Association at Indiana University Bloomington. Additionally, they have administrative experience as an Administrative Assistant at the Unitarian Universalist Church of Bloomington. Deeva also gained legal experience as a Legal Assistant Intern at Justice Unlocked.

Deeva Khatiwada holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Law and Public Policy and Health Administration and Policy from Indiana University Bloomington. Deeva also has a certification in Basic Mediation Training from Community Mediation Maryland.
