James Boyle

James Boyle has a diverse work experience. James started their career as a Human Resources Intern at IBM United Kingdom Ltd in 2004. James then worked at PwC in various recruitment roles from 2006 to 2015, including Regional Recruitment Manager and Senior Manager, Global Recruitment. James then joined Barclays and held positions such as VP, Head of Campus Recruiting Operations & Strategy and Director, Global Head of Campus Recruitment. Currently, they are the Director of Associate Recruiting at Latham & Watkins since 2019.

James Boyle earned a BA(Hons) in Human Resource Management from Northumbria University, completing their studies from 2002 to 2006. James also obtained additional certifications, including SHRM-SCP from SHRM and Chartered Fellow from CIPD in 2015. In 2010, they achieved a Certificate of Competence in Occupational Testing (Level A) from The British Psychological Society.
