Shadae Pickett

Shadae Pickett has experience in associate recruiting and research in the legal industry. Prior to their current role as Manager of Associate Recruiting at Latham & Watkins, Shadae worked at dscout as Lead Research Advisor. Shadae also served as Attorney Recruitment and Development Assistant at Latham & Watkins, where Shadae assisted with attorney hiring, managed the summer associate program, supported diversity and inclusion initiatives, and organized events and programs. Shadae holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology with a minor in Informatics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
