Katherine Malone

Katherine Malone, MBA, CCP, GRP, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in global compensation management, with extensive experience at Latham & Watkins since March 2016, where roles have included Senior Manager of Global Compensation and Global Compensation Manager. Prior to this, Katherine served on the Board of Trustees at Adelphi University from September 2016 to June 2020, and worked at OpenLink Financial in various compensation and HRIS-related roles from January 2011 to March 2016. Key contributions include educating employees on compensation initiatives, improving HR analytics, and participating in global compensation surveys. Katherine holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Adelphi University, completed between 2005 and 2010.
