Rakhi Bhinda

Rakhi Bhinda has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Rakhi is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources Asia at Latham & Watkins since August 2021. Prior to this, Rakhi worked at PwC as a Regional Senior Human Resources Business Partner in Singapore from January 2018 to 2020. Rakhi also held the position of Human Resources Business Partner in Houston, Texas, USA from 2015 to 2017, where they worked with 15 Managing Partners and 300 staff, successfully reducing employee turnover and improving employee survey results. Before PwC, Rakhi was the Human Resources Manager at Clermont Group in Singapore from 2012 to 2014. Their earlier experiences include working as HR Projects in the Sales COO Team at Barclays Investment Bank in London from 2007 to 2012, and as a Human Resources Manager at J.P. Morgan in London from 2005 to 2007.

Rakhi Bhinda holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology from Royal Holloway, University of London. Rakhi also attended St Helens Independent School in Northwood. In addition, Rakhi Bhinda has obtained several certifications including a Gallup certified strengths coach certification from Gallup in 2019, a certified NLP practitioner certification from Mind Body Method, a Harrison Assessments Certification from PP Consulting, and an ICF Certified Coach certification from the International Coaching Federation.
