Vanessa Vaughn West

Vanessa Vaughn West has a background in corporate communications and community relations, with experience working in various organizations such as Lathrop GPM LLP, the City of Olathe, UMB Financial Corporation, and El Centro, Inc. Vanessa currently serves as the Director of Diversity & Inclusion at Lathrop GPM LLP, leading the firm-wide diversity and inclusion strategy. Vanessa has a BA in Communication and Spanish from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
