Stefanie García Tomlinson

Stefanie García Tomlinson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and leadership within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Silicon Valley Chapter Lead for Latinas in Tech since June 2021, Stefanie is dedicated to empowering Latina women in technology. In addition, as a Principal Talent Acquisition Advisor at Workday since October 2016, Stefanie collaborates with executives to enhance diversity and inclusion goals and hiring initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor at Diamond Foods, Senior Recruiter at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, and Division Manager at Greythorn Inc. Stefanie holds a degree in Social Science with a focus on Psychology from San Jose State University and has contributed to various volunteer organizations focused on mentorship and community support.
