Nancy Ayala

Nancy Ayala is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in administrative support, translation, and community engagement. Currently serving as an Administrative Office Specialist at The Renfrew Center since June 2024, Nancy also holds roles at LatinxEd as a Translator and Communications Assistant, and as a 20 Under 20 Mentor. Previous experience includes positions as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant at Student U and a Bilingual Coordinator and Interpreter at Musical Empowerment. Nancy's commitment to community service is evidenced by a role as Community Chair at Mi Pueblo at UNC and leadership experience as the founder of an English Second Language program. Educationally, Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2022.
