Pukar Patel

Pukar Patel currently serves as the Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Latitude 36 Foods, where responsibility includes leading the enterprise FSQA strategy across multiple manufacturing sites and ensuring alignment with business priorities. Previous roles held at Santa Monica Seafood include Director of Food Safety & Regulatory Compliance, and Corporate Food Safety & Regulatory Manager, during which Pukar managed the food safety systems of several processing plants and contributed to achieving significant certifications. Earlier work at Pacific Pride Seafood involved enforcing food safety standards and conducting internal audits. Pukar Patel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biotechnology from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
