Janet Schneider

Janet Schneider is a highly experienced software engineer with a demonstrated history of leadership in machine learning, computer vision, and embedded systems. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Latitude AI, Schneider focuses on autonomy integration. Prior to this role, Schneider held senior positions at OctoAI and Meta, working on edge ML acceleration and embedded software architecture for custom silicon, respectively. At Microsoft, Schneider contributed significantly to superconducting digital logic for cryogenic systems and led projects on machine learning and advanced imaging technologies for HoloLens and Windows Hello.
