Ryan Brightwell

Ryan Brightwell is currently a Firmware Engineer II at Latitude AI, where Ryan works on developing software tools and infrastructure for self-driving compute systems. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Firmware Engineer I at Argo AI, focusing on designing and implementing software for testing the compute system. Ryan has also gained experience in engineering applications and systems development at Southwest Research Institute, retail operations at The Home Depot, and event coordination at The University of Alabama. Ryan's diverse background includes leadership roles such as Captain of the Alabama Chem-E Car Team, and experience in chemical plant operations at Eastman Chemical Company. Ryan has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering with a Biology minor from The University of Alabama and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
