Smruti Rathod

Smruti Rathod is a System Integration and Test Engineer II currently employed at Latitude AI since February 2023, where responsibilities include system and subsystem level integration and testing for the Automated Driving System. Previously, Smruti worked at Argo AI from May 2020 to February 2023, leading test strategies and overseeing the delivery of testing assets for L4 autonomous vehicles. Prior experience includes a Systems Engineer role at John Deere from January 2019 to April 2020, focusing on electrification and autonomy integration, as well as a Model Based Development Engineer position at Isuzu North America. Smruti began the professional career as a Teaching Assistant at Michigan Technological University after obtaining a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
