Clint Jowett

Head Of Risk Modelling at Latitude Financial Services

Clint Jowett has over 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Clint started their career as a Consultant at the New Zealand Ministry of Justice, where they provided analytical support and conducted research on youth crime and the justice system. Clint then joined Empiric Consulting Pty Limited as an Analytics Consultant, working with various organizations in New Zealand and Australia.

In 2010, Clint moved to GE Capital, where they held roles such as Risk Analyst and Senior Risk Analyst. Clint worked on portfolio management for consumer products, focusing on collections strategies and enhancing analytics. Clint also played a key role in the transition to Comprehensive Credit Reporting and successfully completed industry pilot studies.

Since 2015, Clint has been working at Latitude Financial Services, where they have held several roles. As the Head of Risk Modelling, they led a team responsible for customer and portfolio modelling. Clint also served as the Head of Credit Risk and Senior Risk Manager, overseeing loan loss provisioning, loss forecasting, and enterprise stress testing.

Throughout their career, Clint has consistently demonstrated their expertise in risk management, credit analysis, and strategic planning.

Clint Jowett attended Victoria University of Wellington from 2004 to 2007. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) and Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree, with a focus on Psychology and Philosophy.
