Rachel Salvan

Rachel Salvan has extensive work experience in various roles and positions. Rachel started their career as a Junior Software Developer at Accenture Philippines in 2005 and held multiple roles in software development and management until 2010. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as a Senior Project Manager at Cognizant, focusing on project delivery for a large multinational banking and finance client.

In 2013, Rachel joined NNIT Philippines as a Senior Project Manager, where they were responsible for delivering medium to highly complex solutions for regulated industries, such as pharmaceutical and energy. Rachel also participated in large bid activities involving potential new clients.

Rachel then joined AXA in 2016 as a Product Owner, providing digital strategic insights and innovation capability to a web and mobile B2B platform. Rachel was also involved in the creation of a product roadmap as part of digital asset transformation. In 2018, they were promoted to the position of Director of Digital Products, where they created digital strategies and solutions for AXA's core digital assets, working with various stakeholders and leadership teams.

Currently, Rachel is working at Latitude Financial Services since 2019. Rachel started as a Senior Product Manager and is currently serving as a Product Delivery Lead for consumer services.

Rachel Salvan attended Ateneo de Manila University from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree majoring in Management Information Systems. Their field of study during this time was Management Information Systems, General.

In addition to their formal education, Rachel Salvan has also obtained several certifications. Rachel completed a course titled "Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals" at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in March 2021. Rachel also holds certifications in Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance, Change Manager from Prosci, and SAFe 4 Practitioner Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc.
