Arul Paniandi

Arul Paniandi is an experienced engineering professional currently serving as the Director of Applications Engineering (Custom Solutions) at Lattice Semiconductor since January 2022, focusing on FPGA solutions for Edge AI/ML and Security across various industries such as industrial automation and automotive. Previously, Arul held the position of Director - FPGA IP and Solutions R&D at Intel Corporation from November 2016 to January 2022, overseeing a large team and managing cutting-edge IP and solutions development for FPGA platforms, with expertise in various IPs including Ethernet and 5G Fronthaul. Arul's career also includes a significant tenure at Altera from February 2006 to November 2016, where responsibilities ranged from project management in R&D IP development to technical roles in RTL design and hardware debugging. Arul completed a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia between 1999 and 2005.
