Hyung Joon Kwon

Hyung Joon (Hank) Kwon is an experienced engineering professional with a robust background in leading technical teams. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Lattice Semiconductor since July 2017, Kwon previously held the role of Director of Engineering at Silicon Image from April 2003 to May 2017, and served as Senior Design Manager at the same company. Prior experience includes a position as Member of Technical Staff at Transwarp Networks and Senior Staff Engineer at Samsung Electronics. Kwon began a career in technical roles at sandcraft. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. and a Master's degree, both obtained from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, culminating in 1998 and 1993 respectively.
