Ethan Dampf

Ethan Dampf has a diverse work experience that includes roles in various industries. Ethan is currently working as a People Operations Coordinator at Lattice, where they support the People team and the organization by working on knowledge management, onboarding, and other HR tasks. Additionally, they are a founder and co-chair of Lattice's Sustainability Committee, actively contributing to discussions and internal solutions for the climate.

Prior to Lattice, Ethan worked as a Recruiting Coordinator at an undisclosed company from March 2022 to October 2022. Previously, they were a Research Assistant at the University of Potsdam's BabyLab, where they conducted research on the psycholinguistic capabilities of small children. Their master's thesis focused on exploring the parallels between speech and action processing in 12-month-old infants.

Ethan Dampf's education history begins with their high school education at Calabasas High School, where they completed their studies from 2008 to 2012. Ethan then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and German Language from the University of California, Santa Cruz, during the period from 2012 to 2016. In addition, they also studied at Freie Universität Berlin as part of their Bachelor's degree from 2014 to 2015.
