Katie Burns

Senior Customer Success Manager at Lattice

Katie Burns began their work experience in 2015 as a Sales and Marketing Associate at glassybaby, where they worked until 2017. Katie then joined Square in 2017 as a Sales Development Representative and later became a Business Development Representative. In 2019, they joined Lattice as a Customer Success Associate, where they triaged and resolved customer support inquiries and owned the renewal and implementation process for SMB customers. Katie later became an Implementation Manager at Lattice, handling roll-out plans, coordinating with various teams, and project managing internal processes. Most recently, Katie holds the role of Senior Customer Success Manager at Lattice, where they continue to excel in customer success management.

Katie Burns attended the University of San Francisco from 2013 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.
