Lexington Lozada has a strong background in customer success management. They started their career at Capify in 2011 as a Senior Case Manager, focusing on retention. In 2016, they moved to Securities Training Corporation, where they served as a Sr. Customer Success Manager and Business Development Lead. In 2019, they joined Coretelligent as a Lead Customer Success Manager. Currently, Lexington is working at Lattice as a Sr. Customer Success Manager - Upmarket East.
Lexington Lozada obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Organizational Management from SUNY Empire State College from 2010 to 2012. In addition, Lexington Lozada obtained a Real Estate License from the New York State Department of State OFPC in March 2015.
