Seth Duncan

Seth Duncan is an experienced engineering manager and software engineer with a strong background in full-stack development and team leadership. Currently at Lattice since December 2021, Seth serves as an Engineering Manager, contributing to the Engagement team by building and maintaining features related to the Pulse, Engagement, Onboarding, and Exit surveys, and implementing Internationalization for the Engagement product. Previously at Marchex, Seth managed an international team and unified SMS products post-acquisition while also fulfilling the role of Product Owner for NEXTms, enhancing UI/UX, and launching a new REST API. Earlier career positions include application development at Callcap, custom website development at Greteman Group, and service desk support at Bombardier, showcasing a diverse skill set in both development and customer support.
