Weisi Kang

Weisi Kang has a diverse work experience in marketing operations and communications.

From 2022 to the present, Kang has served as the Marketing Operations Lead at Lattice. Prior to this role, Kang worked as the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Lattice from 2021 to 2023.

Before joining Lattice, Kang was the Marketing Operations Manager at Autodesk from 2020 to 2021.

From 2019 to 2020, Kang held the position of Senior Manager of Marketing Operations at Rubrik, Inc. Prior to this, Kang worked as the Marketing Operations Manager at Rubrik, Inc. from 2019 to 2020.

Before joining Rubrik, Inc., Kang worked at Medallia as the Marketing Operations Manager from 2017 to 2019. Kang also held positions there as Senior Marketing Specialist from 2015 to 2017 and Marketing Analyst from 2014 to 2015.

Kang started their career as a PR Intern at Arieff Communications from January 2014 to April 2014. Kang then worked as an Administrative Assistant at the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business from 2010 to 2014.

Prior to attending university, Kang completed their high school education at Northgate High School. In addition to their formal education, Kang has obtained a certification as a Marketo Certified Expert from Marketo, an Adobe Company.
