Ilze Kaupere

Ilze Kaupere is the current HR Director at Latvijas Balzams. Prior to this, they were the HR Manager at Latvijas Balzams from January 2017 to December 2021. Before that, they were an HR consultant at Citadele banka from May 2008 to October 2015, where they provided HR support to business units such as Private Capital Management, Finance, Treasury, CBL Asset Management, Life insurance company “CBL Life”, and Pension fund. From October 2015 to October 2016, Kaupere was the HR Business Partner at Amber Distribution Latvia, which is part of Amber Beverage Group. Kaupere began their career in 1998 as the Head of HR division at State Border guard, where they worked until 2008.

Ilze Kaupere attended the Police Academy of Latvia, where they earned a master’s degree in law.

They are on a team with and Ivanda Bibere - Director of Process & Quality Management. Their manager is Intars Geidans, Chairman & Managing Director.
