Evijs Taube

Evijs Taube is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology and business development. Currently serving as a Board Member and Director of the Technology Department at LVRTC since June 2019, Taube has also been the founder of the Latvian Open Technologies Association and holds the position of Director of the Infrastructure Department at LATA since January 2008. Previous roles include ownership at SOOLV from October 2018 to January 2022, Systems Business Manager at Oracle from July 2010 to July 2018, and Business Development Manager at Sun Microsystems and Arrow ECS from 2005 to 2010. Taube's career began at Xerox, where significant management responsibilities in sales and support for production printing systems in the Baltic region were undertaken from 1994 to 2005. Taube possesses a Master of Business Administration from RBS and multiple degrees in telecommunications engineering and communications from Riga Technical University.
