Karl Jallad

Karl Jallad is an experienced medical professional currently serving as the Acting Chairman of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Assistant Professor of Ob/Gyn and Urogynecology at LAU Medical Center-Rizk Hospital since October 2017. With a focus on clinical care for complex gynecologic and urogynecologic issues, Karl Jallad also conducts research in pelvic floor disorders. Previous experience includes a fellowship in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery at Cleveland Clinic from 2014 to July 2017 and a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at MedStar Washington Hospital Center/Georgetown University from 2010 to 2014, where Karl served as Administrative Chief. Karl Jallad earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Georgetown University and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from McGill University.
