Sal Sodano

Salvatore Sodano, MBA, is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at LaunchNotes since January 2023, Salvatore has previously held significant roles, including Engineering Manager at Stripe and Software Development Manager at Bandwidth Inc. Notable achievements include guiding the transition of TaxJar development to Stripe Tax Reporting and leading an agile team focused on messaging products. Salvatore's earlier career includes senior roles at ALK, a Trimble Company, and founding Skytoaster, a managed hosting company. Salvatore holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Villanova University.
