Karlee Nyborg has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as a Student Office Assistant at Arizona Catering Company. Karlee managed the general office, ordered office supplies, answered calls, and responded to emails. From 2016 to 2017, Karlee worked as a Caregiver at Home Instead, providing companionship and assistance with daily activities. In 2017, they interned at SOREO In Home Support Services, LLC. Later that year, they joined Aloft Tucson University Hotel as a Front Desk Agent. Since 2018, Karlee has been working as a Direct Support Professional at Lauren's Institute For Education, where they support children with developmental or intellectual disabilities in achieving their individual goals and provides family support.

Karlee Nyborg's education history includes obtaining a National Registry Emergency Medical Technician certification in November 2013. From 2012 to 2013, they attended the East Valley Institute of Technology where they obtained a degree in Emergency Medical Technology/Technician (EMT Paramedic). Prior to that, Karlee attended Gilbert High School from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a High School degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management. After completing high school, they attended the University of Arizona from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Care, Health and Society. In addition to their academic achievements, Karlee obtained several certifications, including Level 1 - Fingerprint Card from Fingerprint Communications in February 2018, CPR Certification from Heart Savers Inc in August 2014.
