Rismawati Silaban

Rismawati Silaban has extensive experience in Human Resources Development and Industrial Relations. Currently working as the Human Resources Development Manager at PT Lautan Luas Tbk, Rismawati has been instrumental in establishing and communicating the corporate mission statement and structure. Prior to this, Rismawati worked as an Industrial Relations Coordinator at NAPAN Group, where Rismawati developed relationships with the government to stay updated on Man Power issues. Additionally, Rismawati also worked as a Compensation & Benefit Staff at NAPAN Group, where Rismawati was responsible for creating company policies and socializing them.
