Ryan Thomas has a diverse and extensive work experience in the construction and development industry. Ryan began their career as a Construction Manager at Walt Disney World and later worked as a Civil Engineer at SKJODT THOMAS & ASSOCIATES, where they managed land services and had P/L responsibility. Ryan then joined ATWELL as a Civil Engineer, providing site assessment consulting and obtaining lease and easement agreements for wind energy clients. After that, they served as the U.S. Director of Project Development at BENEFICIAL REUSE MANAGEMENT-GYPSOIL-GYPSOIL BLENDABLES, where they formulated and implemented cost-effective beneficial reuse programs. Prior to their current role, Ryan worked as a Construction Management Consultant at ACG, providing multifamily real estate development services. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Vice President of Construction & Development at Lauth Group, Inc., where they deliver unparalleled development and construction services for commercial and multi-family real estate.

Ryan Thomas attended Purdue University from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. In addition to their formal education, Ryan has obtained several certifications in their field. In December 2018, they became Procore Certified as a Project Manager in Core Tools. In January 2019, they obtained certifications in Project Management, Construction Financials, Quality & Safety, and Resource Management from Procore Technologies. Ryan also holds an OSHA 10 Hour Certification, which they acquired in January 2015 through OSHA 10 Hour Training.
