Ash Harman has a diverse and extensive work experience in the gaming and social media industry. They started their career at Creature Labs in 1999 as a Lead Agent Engineer, responsible for game content design and implementation. They worked on multiple game titles and also managed websites, forums, and customer service.

In 2013, Ash joined Wargaming.net as a Community Manager and Team Manager. They were responsible for the English language community engagement strategy in Europe and built strong ties with influencers on YouTube and Twitch.
From 2016 to 2019, Ash was self-employed as a YouTube Channel creator. They achieved YouTube partnership and maintained a significant number of subscribers. They promoted their channel through various social media platforms and were invited to join the exclusive EA Game Changer program.
From 2019 to 2021, Ash worked at Lockwood Publishing Ltd as a Global Social Media Lead and later as a Community Manager for the Avakin Life community. They coordinated the global community team and provided guidance and mentoring to team members.
Currently, Ash is the Head of Community & Social Media at Lava Labs, a position they started in 2023.
