Shubham Gupta

Shubham Gupta is currently serving as the Managing Director at Lava Protocols Sdn Bhd since July 2023. With a long-term tenure at Nityo Infotech starting in February 2012, Shubham has held multiple senior roles, including Sr. Director - Sales & Growth, Director - Client Services, and Associate Director Business Development, ultimately leading a business unit of 16 sales professionals and 20 recruiters. Previous experience includes a trainee position at Doordarshan, focusing on real-time transmission methods, and a trainee role at CETPA Infotech Pvt. Ltd., where Shubham concentrated on microcontroller programming. Shubham holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from St. Margaret Engineering College (2008-2012) and completed 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics at National Victor Public School (1996-2008).
