Maanya Kashyap has a diverse range of work experience that includes various roles and internships in prestigious companies and organizations.

Maanya worked as the President of LavaLab, a student product incubator at USC, where they led teams in developing successful products that went on to achieve significant milestones. Maanya also served as the Director of Recruiting and a Product Manager at LavaLab.

At USC Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism, Maanya worked as the ASCJ Ops Team Lead & Project Manager Intern. Maanya managed long-term operations and led a team of project managers, data analysts, and designers to support the Associate Dean.

Maanya also held internships at notable companies like Tesla, Apple, and The Walt Disney Company. At Tesla, they worked as a Product Manager Intern and contributed to the launch of the Cybertruck. As an intern at Apple, they gained experience in strategy.

Additionally, Maanya has experience in marketing and consulting roles. Maanya served as the Director of Consulting and a Project Team Lead at USC Association of Innovative Marketing (AIM) Consulting. Maanya also worked as a Consultant at the organization.
