Hector Javier Preciado has a wealth of experience in the business world. Hector Javier began their career in 2002 as a Fellow at The Greenlining Institute, where they conducted research and led advocacy campaigns to inform the national discourse on the influence of money in politics. In 2003, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer of The Greenlining Institute, where they managed P&L and led development, event, and IT staff. Hector Javier also increased foundation funding by 300% in 2011 by meeting the fundraising goal of $3 million in 6 months and securing a budget surplus of $500,000. In 2011, Preciado joined Adchemy as Senior Analyst of SEM Agency Services, where they developed SEM taxonomy and expanded SEM campaigns through data analysis. In 2020, they joined Heimdall Data as an Advisor, where they consulted on Go-to-market strategies, brand management, demand generation, new business pipeline and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion. Hector Javier also joined Alluma as Chief Growth Officer, where they led Alluma’s Growth organization and managed a team that owned full cycle sales for Enterprise & public sector client relationships. Preciado currently serves as Director of Demand Generation at LAWCLERK, where they lead the multi-channel demand generation team and efforts focusing on SEO, Content, Email and Paid. In 2022, they achieved 135% to goal of new Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) generated and over $1M in gross sales volume. Preciado is also an Angel Investor at Crave It.

Hector Javier Preciado's education history includes a MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2011, with a focus in Marketing Strategy and Leadership. Hector Javier also earned a BA from Pomona College in 2001, with a major in Sociology and Media Studies. In 1999, they completed an Associate of Arts (AA) from Mt. San Antonio College in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Preciado also graduated from Roosevelt HS.
