Andrea Whalen

Andrea Whalen is an experienced operations management professional currently serving as the Partnerships Team Manager at Indeed Flex since August 2024. Previously, Andrea held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations and Operations Manager at InfoTrack US from January 2022 to June 2024, and Chief Operations Officer at Caritas of Austin for part of 2021. In these roles, Andrea focused on enhancing operational performance across multiple departments and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Andrea earlier served as Operations Manager at Austintatious Blinds & Shutters from 2010 to 2021, where significant improvements in accounts receivable and accounts payable efficiency were achieved through the implementation of new systems. Andrea's career began at International RAM Associates as an Operations Manager from 2002 to 2010. Andrea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Baylor University's Hankamer School of Business and has further education from General Assembly.
