Gina Pak

Gina Pak has worked in a variety of roles across a range of organizations. Gina began their career in 2008 as a Clinical Fellow at The WilmerHale Legal Services Center of Harvard Law School. In 2009, they became a Summer Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP. Gina then worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP from 2010 to 2014, and at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP from 2014 to 2015. In 2013, they had a secondment as Legal Counsel at Goldman Sachs. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Lecturer in Law at Peking University School of Transnational Law, and from 2016 to 2019 they were Co-Founder & COO of Contract Snapshot. Most recently, they were Co-Founder & COO of Lawgood.

Gina Pak received their J.D. from Columbia Law School, where they were a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Prior to that, they earned a B.A. in Psychology, magna cum laude, from New York University. Gina is also admitted to the Bar in both the State of New York and the State of California.
