Connor Brown

Connor Brown is currently a Customer Implementation Specialist at Lawmatics. Prior to that, they were a Political Affairs Ambassador at The Borgen Project from February 2021 to May 2021. In this role, Connor worked at a grassroots level to mobilize, advocate, inform and promote key issue messages to U.S. Congressional leaders to secure support for crucial poverty-reducing legislation. Connor also effectively employed communication methodologies to inform constituents about The Borgen Project policies centered on global health and poverty reduction. Connor also streamlined actionable methods for constituents to get involved and support The Borgen Project goals. Prior to their work at The Borgen Project, Connor interned for Congressman Scott Peters from May 2020 to June 2020. During their time interning for Congressman Scott Peters, Connor canvased and made wellness calls amid a global Pandemic. Connor used their communication skills to help him connect with constituents and learn what is important from their standpoints. Connor also gained insight into how important these steps are to a political campaign.

Connor Brown studied political science and public law at UC San Diego before going on to study political science and government at Saddleback College, where they earned their associate's degree.

They are on a team with Val Kirsch - Customer Implementation Specialist, Devon Roth - Customer Implementation Specialist. Connor Brown reports to Johnny Bissell, Customer Implementation Manager.
