Brian Berman

Brian Berman, P.E. has extensive engineering experience, currently serving as Chief Mechanical Engineer for the Target Diagnostics Team and Engineering Rigor Team Lead for LSEO at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory since January 2016. Prior to this role, Brian worked as Engineer IV at AREVA NP from November 2008 to December 2015, specializing in civil/structural seismic and static structural analysis. Brian began a career as Project Civil Engineer at HMH Engineers from June 2002 to September 2008, managing design contracts for significant construction projects and ensuring client involvement and coordination. Additionally, Brian gained experience as a Project Engineer Intern at Granite Construction Company, focusing on construction cost analysis, profit forecasting, and material ordering. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from San José State University.
