Jackie Gonzalez, SPHR, currently serves as the Talent Acquisition Manager for Operations & Business/Physical Life Sciences at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory, where a team of full-cycle Recruiters and Coordinators is led to provide high-caliber recruiting services across various sectors. Previous experience includes roles such as Sr. Technical Recruiter, focusing on engineering and safety roles, and Talent Acquisition Sourcing Team Leader, where a new sourcing function was established. Prior to Lawrence Livermore, Jackie worked as a Staffing Leader for PRO Unlimited, managing onsite recruiting for Facebook and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, and held a Sr. Recruiter position at Google, handling full-cycle corporate staffing. Early career experience includes serving as a Recruiting Market Manager at Kforce Inc.
