Kathleen O'Leary Morgan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in library administration, publishing, and governmental relations. Since 2009, Morgan has served as the Deputy Director of the Lawrence Public Library in Lawrence, Kansas, where responsibilities include overseeing administration, fundraising, and community outreach initiatives. Prior to this role, Morgan co-founded and operated Morgan Quitno Press, a reference book publishing company, which was sold to CQ Press/Sage Publications in 2007; Morgan continued as a contract editor until 2009. Additionally, Morgan worked at the US Department of Transportation from 1983 to 1988 as a Congressional Relations Officer and served as Deputy Director of Congressional Affairs.
