Clifton Johnson

Technology Support Coordinator at Lawrence Technological University

Johnson has been the technology support coordinator for the College of Arts and Sciences since May 2001. He instructs faculty and staff personnel in a diversity of personal computer applications, hardware and other peripheral devices. Johnson directs computer repairs, upgrades, maintenance, and the integration of scientific equipment and associated application software with standalone computers networks. He also coordinates meetings with vendors and contractors on purchases and repairs of the college’s computers, audio-video devices, and a wide assortment of laboratory paraphernalia.

Johnson received an associates degree in Applied Science from the Community College of the Air Force in electrical power systems. In addition, he has a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from the University of Maryland. He is a decorated Air Force veteran with several meritorious services awards and commendation and achievement medals.
