Philip White M.b.b.

Philip White M.B.B. serves as the President of Lean Business Systems and Six Sigma at WCPM since September 2015 and has been an instructor for Lean Business Systems and Six Sigma at Lawrence Technological University since December 2011. Previous experience includes roles at Shiloh Industries from March 2008 to September 2015, where duties encompassed Operations Manager and Value Stream Manager. Philip also worked as a Lean Six Sigma Project Manager at Shiloh, focusing on the Low Cost Commitment Strategy for a division with over $45M in annual sales. Earlier career experience includes positions at Ford Motor Company from December 2001 to March 2008, serving as a Six Sigma Black Belt and Production Team Leader, as well as a Materials Flow Coordinator and Quality Control Inspector. Philip holds a Master Black Belt in Operational Excellence from Lawrence Technological University and has a solid educational foundation from Oakland University and Southfield Lathrup Senior High School.
