Rae Chresfield is an experienced professional in the field of mental health and student well-being, currently serving as the Dean of Campus Wellbeing at The Lawrenceville School since July 2023. Previously, Rae held the role of Assistant Vice President of Student Well-being at the University of Delaware from February 2022 to 2023, overseeing programs and policies promoting student wellness. Rae's experience also includes positions such as Associate Dean of Health and Wellness at both Whitman College and Harvey Mudd College, where responsibilities included supporting student mental health and creating well-being opportunities. Rae began a therapy practice as a Professional Therapist and has held academic roles, including Assistant Professor and Program Director at Multnomah University and Instructor at the University at Buffalo. Rae holds multiple degrees, including a PhD in Counselor Education from the University at Buffalo and a Master of Arts in Mental and Social Health Services from New York University.
