Alexander Smith

Alexander Smith has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alexander currently holds the role of VP of Customer Success at LawVu, where their responsibilities include building and delivering a superior customer experience. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of Customer Success and Head of Customer Success at LawVu, where they focused on maximizing customer value and enabling legal transformation objectives.

Before joining LawVu, Alexander worked as the Manager of Customer Success at Plexus, where they implemented and led the core Customer Success and Customer Experience strategy. Alexander also personally managed key clients such as L'Oréal and Woolworths.

Earlier in their career, Alexander held the position of Head of Customer Success Management and Account Manager at ProspectSoft, where they ensured maximum value and success for customers through engagement and development of software solutions. Alexander also worked as a New Business Sales Consultant, responsible for winning new license sales across the UK region.

Alexander's work experience also includes a sales and marketing assistant role at ProspectSoft, where they gained firsthand experience in solution selling. Additionally, they held various roles at Toys R Us, including Retail and Customer Service Manager and Retail Sales Assistant Supervisor, where they consistently achieved sales targets and provided excellent customer service.

From 2008 to 2012, they attended Sheffield Hallam University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Marketing.
