Stefanie (Estefania) Doval is a seasoned professional in the technology sector with a robust background in knowledge management and cloud solutions. Currently serving as Senior KMS Solution Lead at KMS Lighthouse since 2019, Stefanie enhances customer interactions and streamlines inquiry resolutions for service, support, and sales teams. Previously, as a KMS Solutions Architect at Dell Technologies from 2015 to 2019, Stefanie supported SMBs in implementing security solutions and successfully deployed a range of products, including VMWare vSphere and Palo Alto WildFire.
