Diana Urmanova

Diana Urmanova is an experienced training manager and consultant with a diverse background in the hospitality and healthcare industries. Currently serving as a Training Manager and Assistant to the General Manager at Layner Mountain and Recreation Resort since June 2020, Diana focuses on identifying training needs, conducting employee training, and ensuring high standards of service for guests. Previously, Diana held positions such as Training Manager during the pre-opening of Hilton Tashkent City Hotel, where responsibilities included supporting leadership development and fostering organizational change. Other roles include freelance training consulting at German Medical Center DHCC and customer training at Burjeel Hospital, alongside experience in customer service at Emirates and patient relations at Belhoul Specialty Hospital. Diana holds a higher diploma from Samara State Pedagogical University and a nursing practice degree from Tashkent Medical College "Borovskiy."
