Pradeep Nene

Pradeep Nene has extensive work experience in IT operations and management. Most recently, they served as the Director of IT Operations and Compliance at Layr, where they implemented security measures, policies, and controls to achieve SOC2 Type 2 compliance certification. Pradeep also successfully transitioned IT operations and support services from an outsourced partner to an internal team. Prior to that, Pradeep worked as a Senior Business Analyst at HotelKey, where they were responsible for understanding client business needs, requirement gathering, and testing. Pradeep also held management roles at Evolent Health, House of Anita Dongre Limited, and GlaxoSmithKine, contributing to their IT operations and support. Pradeep's early career included roles at Polaris Software Lab, Unisys, PENTECH BUSINESS MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED, Celestine Solutions (India), and Zenith Computers, where they gained experience in customer support and engineering.

Pradeep Nene has a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Electronics from the University of Mumbai, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Prior to that, they received a Diploma in Industrial Electronics from the Board of Technical Examinations, Maharashtra State, between 1991 and 1994. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications in various fields, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) Solutions Architect - Associate, Okta Certified Professional, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®), and Agile Service Management, among others.
